Local veteran celebrates 100th birthday with the Mississippi Seawolves

Robert Richard is a father, veteran, and a recent member of the triplet digit club.

Mr. Richard was born on March 7th, 1925 and retired from the US Army after serving in both the Korean War and World War II and reflects on how different life was back then.

After a life of serving others, Monday was about celebrating Mr. Richard. With the help of the Mississippi Seawolves, the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport did just that.

Though after 100 years of life you got to think Mr. Richard has the secret to living such a long life and what he says is the secret may come as a surprise.
