The cast of Baby Reindeer made a dazzling appearance in Los Angeles, as the self-identified 'real life Martha' appeared on TV for her interview with Piers Morgan.
Jessica Gunning, Richard Gadd and Nava Mau - who play Martha, Donny, and Teri respectively - were spotted on the red carpet at the TAS official screening of Baby Reindeer and a Q&A session at DGA Theater Complex in Los Angeles, California. The Netflix sensation is set to become one of the platform's most-watched shows.
The drama was inspired by Richard's personal experiences. His character in the show portrays an aspiring comedian and bartender who offered a free drink to a woman who then began to stalk him. It explored storylines of stalking and sexual assault over its seven gripping episodes. Jessica was a vision in a floor-length turquoise blue dress with elbow-length sleeves, her brown hair flowing over her shoulders.
Richard looked sharp in a grey fitted suit paired with a crisp white shirt underneath, his look completed with a neat short haircut and black dress shoes. Nava turned heads in a striking red leather ensemble consisting of an ankle-length skirt and a button-up long-sleeve jacket, her look perfectly completed with a matching tie and purse.
The woman who alleges to be the muse for the "real life Martha" made waves on social media after her appearance on Piers Morgan's Uncensored special on Thursday 9 May. She's been vocal on Facebook and hinted at possibly writing a book about it, reports OK!
During her sit-down with Piers, when asked if she had a message for Richard, the creator of Baby Reindeer, she looked into the camera and stated: "Leave me alone, please. Get a life, get a proper job. I am horrified at what you've done." She also revealed that she hasn't watched the Netflix series, saying: "Not at all. I've heard about the court scene, about the jail sentences and all this sort of stuff... I haven't watched any of it."
Earlier in the week, Piers divided fans when he announced the interview. Taking to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, Piers announced: "*WORLD EXCLUSIVE* The real-life Martha from Baby Reindeer breaks cover and gives me her first TV interview about the smash hit Netflix show.
"[Redacted] wants to have her say & ‘set the record straight.’ Is she a psycho stalker? Find out tomorrow on @PiersUncensored."
